Overview

Explore one of the most visited and amazing cities in Europe with your official private guide and driver.

Bruges is a city of canals, with many narrow winding streets and squares, and a plethora of gabled houses. The city flourished as the capital of the Counts of Flanders from about 1000 to 1346. It became an important commercial centre, mainly due to its strategic port and textile industry.

The city is now a prominent tourist destination known for its historic centre, brugs gins (traditional alcoholic drinks), and medieval canals that give the city an old-world charm.

There are tons of historic buildings to explore, such as the Basilica of the Holy Blood, one of Bruges' most notable attractions. It's also one of the most visited cities in Belgium, and has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 2018.

In this private tour of Bruges, a knowledgeable and passionate guide will show you the city’s hidden gems, share its folklore, and give you an insider's perspective.
