Overview

This walking tour will give you a personal experience from a local! Whereas many tourists are seeing Amsterdam in huge groups, the approach of this tour is to show people around in smaller groups.

Starting at the city's former city gate we will walk alongside the former city walls. The tour will include both historical highlights as well as the hidden gems of today's Amsterdam. We will walk through the city center and we will pass the Red Light District, Casa Rosso, the first coffeeshop, Freddy's Bar, Rokin, Schmidt Optics, Gassan, Dam Square, the Canal Ring. Besides that, I am not going to give away all the hidden gems of the tour. Come explore with me!

This private hidden history walking tour will give the visitors knowledge required to say afterwards that they know Amsterdam by heart.

Moreover, the tour ends with a personal gift and the first drink on me!
